Our latest addition to the large GLE family is a true masterpiece and unique in design: the GLE 90 AR consists of the powerful 3-way GLE 90 floorstanding speaker, which we have expanded with a 2-way system that is ideally matched in terms of sound. The result: a beautifully designed and powerful-sounding all-rounder that allows you to reproduce stereo music and Dolby Atmos film content from just one pair of speakers - ingeniously simple and simply ingenious! At the same time, setting up and commissioning the GLE 90 AR is wonderfully uncomplicated. Connected to a multi-channel amplifier, such as our Smart Amp 5.1, the GLE 90 AR will fill your living space with room-shaking Dolby Atmos sound in no time at all.

Unique in design - great in sound

Harmonious in proportions and neutral and modern in design, the GLE 90 AR Dolby Atmos floorstanding speakers can be integrated into any living environment. They are available in black decor and white decor, with black baffles in high-quality lacquer. Black fabric covers for the baffles enable discreet operation of the 117 centimetre high, 21 centimetre wide and 31 centimetre deep GLE 90 AR. The 22-kilogram Dolby Atmos Enabled floorstanding speakers stand securely on four feet integrated into the enclosure base.

State of the art

Striving for the best sound means a lot of hard work and the use of the latest technologies. Our GLE speakers benefit from the advances we're constantly making in speaker development, both visually and technically. Precise, powerful bass is the domain of the two 192 mm woofers, which deliver phenomenal low bass in the voluminous bass reflex cabinet. Instead of the previous drivers with aluminium diaphragms, woofer specialists with highly stable titanium diaphragms are now in use: these can follow fast music impulses even more precisely. We also use the highest-quality titanium drivers in the midrange, which is so important acoustically, and in the up-wiring chassis.

Thanks to the large 174 mm midrange driver, the GLE 90 AR sound incredibly agile and shine with the best dynamics, outstanding resolution and unsurpassed balance. As ideal playing partners, we use our mature and well-proven aluminium-manganese tweeter systems with 25 mm domes, which are equipped with sophisticated waveguides for ideal sound dispersion and coupling and, thanks to optimised crossovers, enable reproduction up to 40,000 Hertz. The outstanding technical equipment of the current GLE generation is further underlined by the loudspeaker drivers with stable polycarbonate baskets, potent magnetic drives and triple folded wave surrounds.

Teamplayer

The powerful GLE 90 AR 3-way Dolby Atmos speakers can be combined with other models from the GLE series to create a powerful, high-performance multi-channel home cinema system with Dolby Atmos reproduction. For example, you can use our GLE 90 AR as the main speaker and combine it with the matching GLE 50 centre speaker and the GLE 30 as the surround speaker. The Power Sub 12 subwoofer, which harmonises perfectly with these speakers, takes over the active low-frequency part of the system and ensures powerful bass in your home cinema.
